Refund Policy

Seven-day guarantee

Request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase and you will get a full refund. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

How to request one

Email hello@scoutlibrary.in within the seven-day window with the email address on your account and the date of purchase. Include the payment reference if you have it.

Never send card numbers, banking passwords or one-time codes in an email. We will never ask for them.

Processing

We normally initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within two to three business days. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Paid access ends when the refund is issued. Your account, your progress, your review queue and every free feature remain exactly as they were.

Beyond seven days

The guarantee covers seven days. Outside that window, get in touch anyway if something has genuinely gone wrong — a platform fault, a duplicate charge, access that never activated. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
